KLIKFLO Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
1.1
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of
KLIKFLO’s website, platform, and digital services.
1.2 By
accessing or using any KLIKFLO services, you agree to these Terms.
Please read them carefully.
1.3 KLIKFLO reserves the right to
update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services
constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
2.
Definitions
2.1 “KLIKFLO”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers
to the business entity operated by Aryeh Kushner.
2.2
“Client”, “you”, or “your” refers to the individual or company
receiving services.
2.3 “Services” refers to all digital
offerings, including KLIKSCAN, KLIKSTART, KLIKGROW, and KLIK
All-In-One.
2.4 “Platform” refers to the KLIKFLO client
portal used for communication, stage approvals, and file
delivery.
2.5 “Deliverables” are the digital assets,
automations, systems, or designs created by KLIKFLO for the
Client.
3. Eligibility for Purchase
3.1
Clients must be 16 years of age or older to make purchases or
engage with KLIKFLO services.
3.2 By submitting a payment or
signing an agreement, you confirm that you meet this
requirement.
4. Checkout and Required
Information
4.1 All purchases must include the
following personal details: first name, last name, phone number
(without country code), country, and email address.
4.2
During checkout, Clients must check a box indicating agreement to
these Terms and the Privacy Policy, with visible links to both.
5.
Description of Services
5.1 KLIKFLO offers
project-based and subscription-based digital services
including:
5.1.1 Digital discovery and audits (KLIKSCAN)
5.1.2
Single-service projects (KLIKSTART)
5.1.3 Foundational tech
stack builds (KLIKGROW)
5.1.4 Full digital transformation
packages (KLIK All-In-One)
5.2 Service scope and delivery
timelines are detailed in each plan or custom agreement.
6.
Delivery Policy
6.1 Service begins once payment is
received and all necessary inputs are submitted by the Client.
6.2
Estimated delivery times are 10–30 business days depending on
scope.
6.3 Deliverables are delivered digitally via our
platform.
6.4 KLIKFLO is not responsible for delays caused by
missed approvals, late content, third-party disruptions, or force
majeure.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
7.1
Clients may cancel by sending a written request to
support@klikflo.com
including their name, company name, and service reference.
7.2
Subscription plans are non-refundable once access has been granted
or work has begun. Cancellation prevents future billing.
7.3
For one-time or custom projects:
7.3.1 If canceled within 48
hours and before kickoff, a full refund may be issued.
7.3.2
After kickoff, the Client will be charged for completed work, and
no refund will be provided for approved phases.
7.4 KLIKSCAN
is non-refundable once delivery has begun.
7.5 KLIKFLO is not
liable for refund delays caused by external events beyond our
control.
8. Product Responsibility Disclaimer
8.1
KLIKFLO provides services, not physical products.
8.2 KLIKFLO
is not responsible for damages caused by incorrect use,
third-party platforms, or business decisions made based on advice
given.
8.3 Content, guidance, or documentation is not a
substitute for legal, financial, or professional consultation.
9.
Client Responsibilities
9.1 Clients must provide
content, credentials, and approvals promptly.
9.2 The Client
agrees to respond within five (5) business days to approvals or
questions.
9.3 Delays or additional costs caused by lack of
responsiveness may result in timeline extensions or added fees.
10.
Privacy and Data Protection
10.1 KLIKFLO collects and
stores only the information required to deliver services.
10.2
Client data is used only for project execution, communication, and
internal analytics.
10.3 KLIKFLO does not sell personal data
to third parties.

11. Intellectual Property
11.1
Final deliverables become the Client’s property upon full
payment.
11.2 Any tools, templates, or general code libraries
remain the property of KLIKFLO but are licensed for unlimited
Client use.
11.3 KLIKFLO may use completed work in its
portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.
12.
Support and Warranty
12.1 Each project includes a
30-day post-launch support window for bug fixes.
12.2 KLIK
All-In-One clients receive ongoing support through a monthly
retainer.
12.3 Fixes for issues caused by expired
credentials, third-party changes, or unsupported platforms are not
included unless part of a support agreement.
13.
Limitation of Liability
13.1 KLIKFLO is not liable for
delays or failures caused by external platforms, late content
delivery, or force majeure.
13.2 KLIKFLO’s total liability
for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by the Client in
the three (3) months prior to the incident.
13.3 KLIKFLO is
not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
14.2
Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or
binding arbitration.
14.3 Class action suits are not
permitted. Disputes must be handled individually.
15.
Changes to Terms
15.1 KLIKFLO may update these Terms as
necessary.
15.2 The most current version will always be
available at
www.klikflo.com/terms-conditions
15.3 Continued use of our services after an update
constitutes acceptance.
